Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing times may vary. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unboxingmystery.com ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please be sure to check your spam folder before messaging us. As sometimes tracking and order confirmations will filter into this folder of your email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

Unboxingmystery.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: 

Unboxingmystery.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International shipping:

All international shipments go directly through Retail Regulators please contact us directly .

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges . WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

  • Isn't it illegal to open someone else's packages ?
    At the point that we get the packages they are considered a lost by the shipping company and therefore no longer belong to the person that ordered them most times insurance claims have already been completed so the shipping company sells the items to regain some of their loss.
  • WHAT ARE UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
    Unclaimed packages are : Refused, no longer at this address , returns that the sender doesn't want back , and lost packages.
